Brick Oven Pizza of the week:

Chicken fajita

Start with 12oz of Neapolitan style pizza dough, top it with chipotle-tomato sauce, grilled chicken, onions, peppers, & cheddar-jack cheese.

Toss it in the brick oven at 550 degrees for 10-12 min till the crust is brown and the toppings are hot & bubbly!

Last step - drizzle some crema. Enjoy!
